Privacy Policy

1. Data collected by the app

OneMark Capture does not collect personal data from app use. The app does not upload screenshots, screen recordings, microphone audio, system audio, recognized text, redacted exports, AI Handoff bundles, temporary GIF frames, or editable project files to OneMark Capture-operated servers. Capture Library contents, Capture Grid pane contents, Share Studio presets, and saved Share Studio logos are not uploaded by the app.

2. Local files and review data

Screenshots, annotations, OCR results, Smart Redaction review state, summaries, Visual Privacy review candidates, Handoff prompts, Capture Library image files and metadata, Share Studio presets, saved logos, and .onemark project files stay on your Mac unless you choose to copy, share, export, save, or upload them elsewhere.

Screen recordings, microphone or system audio, and temporary GIF frames stay on your Mac unless you choose to save, export, share, or upload them elsewhere. Microphone audio is recorded only when you enable it for an MP4 recording. OneMark Capture does not collect or upload these recordings or audio files to OneMark Capture-operated servers or third-party AI services.

3. OCR, Visual Privacy, Smart Review, and handoff

OCR and Visual Privacy face candidate review use Apple frameworks locally. Smart Review and text summary use available Apple Intelligence behavior when supported by the Mac, with local rule-based fallback for sensitive-text detection. OneMark Capture does not send this data to ChatGPT, Claude, Codex, or third-party AI services.

4. Mac App Store and Apple data

Downloads, purchases, refunds, App Store account activity, crash reports, and optional diagnostics may be processed by Apple under Apple's terms and privacy practices. OneMark Capture does not receive payment card details from Apple. We keep App Store Connect privacy information aligned with the app's current behavior.

5. Website analytics

This website may use Vercel Analytics, Speed Insights, and standard server logs to understand page performance and basic traffic. These tools are separate from the macOS app workflow.
