Terms of Use
These terms apply to OneMark Capture when distributed through the Mac App Store.
1. App Store terms
OneMark Capture is licensed, not sold. Your download, purchase, and use through the Mac App Store are subject to the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions and Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement, also known as the Apple Standard EULA, unless a valid custom EULA applies.
2. License scope
You receive a non-transferable license to use OneMark Capture on Apple-branded products that you own or control, as permitted by the Mac App Store usage rules, including Family Sharing or volume purchase rights where Apple makes those available.
3. Support and product claims
OneMark Capture is responsible for app support, maintenance, product questions, privacy questions, and claims about the app. Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support services for OneMark Capture. Contact support at contact@onemark.dev.
4. Payments, refunds, and availability
Mac App Store purchases, refunds, taxes, billing, account access, Family Sharing, and volume purchase availability are handled by Apple under Apple's terms. OneMark Capture may change, suspend, or discontinue app features where permitted by law.
5. User responsibility
You are responsible for reviewing screenshots, recognized text, redactions, exports, and AI Handoff bundle contents before sharing or uploading them elsewhere. You are also responsible for complying with applicable third-party terms when using exported files or external services.
6. Restrictions
You may not sell, lease, distribute, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, modify, or create derivative works of OneMark Capture except where such restriction is prohibited by law or permitted by applicable open-source licenses.
7. Warranty and disclaimer
OneMark Capture is provided as is to the maximum extent permitted by law. Keep backups of important source images and project files. If the app fails to conform to an applicable warranty, you may notify Apple for any refund rights Apple provides for Mac App Store purchases; any other claims remain subject to these terms and applicable law.
8. Legal compliance and Apple beneficiary
You represent that you are not barred from using OneMark Capture under applicable export control or sanctions laws. Apple and Apple's subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms for Mac App Store distribution and may enforce them as permitted by Apple's developer terms.
